UK: £12 | FREE over £250 | Royal Mail Special Delivery

 

USA:

• Up to £500: £18.50 Royal Mail 3 - 5 working days 

• Up to £500 DHL express 1 - 2 working days 

• FREE over £500

 

Rest of World: £20 for orders up to £500 | Royal Mail International Tracked (6–7 working days). Please contact us for a shipping quote on orders over £500.

Applicable US import duties are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Production & Dispatch

 

Our jewellery is either ready to ship or handcrafted to order. Estimated production and dispatch times are listed on each product page and are in addition to delivery times.

Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing.

Customs & Import Duties

 

USA: Applicable import duties are calculated and collected at checkout.

 

Other International Destinations: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by their country.

 

We are not responsible for customs clearance delays.

 

If an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees or unsuccessful delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply. If you decline re-shipping, any refund will be subject to our returns policy, with applicable shipping and return costs deducted where legally permitted.
