THREE STAGES, ONE PIECE

A custom Hellcat piece is more than jewellery — it's an artefact, made in collaboration between my craft and your story. Every commission follows the same path — from a first conversation to a finished, hallmarked piece in your hands.

Stage I

THE DESIGN CONSULTATION

15-minute video call · Complimentary

This is a dedicated 15-minute video call where we dive into your ideas, material preferences (Gold, Silver, Platinum), and gemstone options. It’s a chance for us to align on the vision and ensure the project is a perfect fit for the Hellcat style before any commitment is made.

Stage II

DESIGN & DEPOSIT

The Drawing Board • £150

I move to the sketchbook and the bench to work out every technical and aesthetic detail of your piece.

  • Detailed sketches
  • Stone sourcing, if required
  • A final, fixed-price quote

This fee is standard for bespoke work and is fully deducted from your final balance.

Stage III

THE MAKING

8 - 12 weeks · Remaining balance due

Upon approval of the design, payment of the remaining balance is required to begin the physical creation of your piece. From here, your jewellery is meticulously handcrafted in my workshop, hallmarked, and finished to the highest standard before being delivered to you.

FAQs

Can I supply my own stones or an heirloom piece?

Yes — Bring your own gemstones, a family ring you'd like reset, or a sentimental piece of metal to reuse.
What if I don't love the design?

We'll revise the sketches together until you're happy. The £150 covers my design time regardless of outcome, but it's rare that we don't land somewhere you love — and that amount always comes off your final balance once you proceed.
Do you ship bespoke pieces internationally?

Yes — finished commissions are shipped worldwide. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for your country.
How far in advance should I book?

I recommend booking at least 3 months in advance. This allows time for design development, revisions, sourcing, and the 8–12 week making process.

Timelines can vary depending on the complexity of the design. Simply include your preferred date on the enquiry form and I’ll let you know if the timeframe is tight.
