1. The 14-Day "Ready to Ship" Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy only for "Ready to Ship" stock items. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Exemptions)
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to items made to the consumer’s specifications. At Hellcat Jewellery, this includes:

Made-to-Order Rings: Any ring where you select a specific size or gemstone from a menu. These are handcrafted specifically for you upon order.

Bespoke/Custom Commissions: Any item designed or modified specifically for you (e.g., engravings).

Hygiene Items: For health and hygiene reasons, earrings are strictly non-returnable.
3. Returns Process
To start a return for a Ready to Ship item, contact us at mail@hellcatjewellery.com. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately. Hellcat Jewellery reserves the right to inspect the item to determine if a fault exists. If a fault is confirmed, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
