Opened earrings can not be returned or exchanged.

All rings are made to order, making them exempt of exchanges and refunds.

If you have received a faulty item, or a fault appears with the item within 1 month of your purchase date, please contact the email above to arrange a replacement or repair. Please note that Hellcat will have the final say on whether the item is faulty.
