Shipping Charges

• UK: £5
• Europe: £10
• Worldwide: £15
• International orders over £750: £25

Free UK shipping on orders over £250.

Production & Dispatch Times

All our jewellery is handmade to order. Each product page lists the estimated production time before dispatch (e.g., 15 working days or 6–8 weeks). This is in addition to the delivery time below.

Business days do not include weekends or UK bank holidays.

If you need your order for a specific date, please email us before purchasing — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Delivery Services

UK Delivery

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Typical delivery aim is 1–2 working days after dispatch.

European Delivery

Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery aim: 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Rest of World Delivery

Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery aim: 6–7 working days after dispatch.

Customs & Import Taxes

International buyers (including Ireland) are responsible for any customs duties, fees, or import taxes charged by their country upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

If a delivery is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping (at cost). If you choose not to have the item re-shipped, we will refund the order minus the original shipping fee and any costs incurred.
