Caring for Your Jewellery

Our sterling silver jewellery is designed to be treasured for years to come. With a little care, you can keep your pieces looking their best.

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time, particularly when exposed to moisture, perfumes, lotions and chemicals. This is completely normal and can easily be removed using a silver polishing cloth to restore its shine.

To keep your jewellery looking its best:

• Remove before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping.
• Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions and household cleaning products.
• Gently polish with a silver polishing cloth to remove tarnish and restore shine.
• Store in a cool, dry place when not being worn.

Please note: Avoid using abrasive cleaners or silver dips, particularly on jewellery with gemstones or oxidised detailing, as these can damage the finish.

We offer a 14-day return policy only for "Ready to Ship" stock items. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Non-Returnable Items (Exemptions)

• Made-to-Order Rings: Any ring where you select a specific size or gemstone from a menu. These are handcrafted specifically for you upon order.
• Hygiene Items: For health and hygiene reasons, earrings are strictly non-returnable.
