Couriers & Delivery Timescales

All of our items are handmade, so before we are able to dispatch we need time to make your order, these timescales are listed individually on every product. 

Please be advised business days don't include weekends or UK bank holidays.

If you need an order for a specific date please email first. We will try to accommodate where possible.

Standard Delivery UK

This delivery service is for England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Our standard UK is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. 

European Delivery

For countries inside the European Union we use Royal Mail delivery, RM aim to deliver 3-5 working days.

 
Rest of World Delivery

For all countries outside the European Union, we ship via Royal Mail, who aim to deliver in 6-7 working days.

Customs and Import Taxes for International Shipments & Ireland: 

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees and import taxes that may apply when the parcel is received into their country. We are not responsible for delays due to the customs process. 

In the case of a delivery being unsuccessful due to fees being unpaid by customer, or the courier attempting several deliveries to no avail the package will be abandoned and you will not be able to be refunded for the order.
