The Hellcat Bespoke Process
Creating a custom piece of jewellery is a journey. Whether it’s an engagement ring, a reimagined heirloom, or a treat for yourself, I am here to work with you to bring your story to life through traditional craftsmanship and bold design.
To ensure every piece receives the attention it deserves, I follow a simple three-stage process.
Stage 1: The Design Consultation
Video Consultation | 15 Minutes (Complimentary)
This is a dedicated 15-minute video call where we dive into your ideas, material preferences (Gold, Silver, Platinum), and gemstone options. It’s a chance for us to align on the vision and ensure the project is a perfect fit for the Hellcat style before any commitment is made.
Stage 2: Design & Deposit
The Drawing Board | Fee: £150
Once we’ve established the direction, the real work begins. I move to the bench and the drawing board to refine the technical specs and aesthetic details of your piece.
- What’s included: Detailed sketches, expert stone sourcing (if required), and a final, fixed-price quote.
- Commitment: This fee covers my time as a designer and researcher. This amount is fully deducted from your final balance.
Stage 3: The Making
The Craft | 4-8 Weeks
Upon approval of the design, payment of the remaining balance is required to begin the physical creation of your piece. From here, your jewellery is meticulously handcrafted in my workshop, hallmarked, and finished to the highest standard before being delivered to you.
